About me

If you're considering booking a session or course of hypnotherapy, you'll want to find someone you think you'll feel comfortable with. You'll need to believe that I can help you and that your money will be well spent. You'll probably want to see fast results too, especially if you have an Appearance coming up.

I've been a therapist for many years and specialise in dealing with stress and anxiety related issues. These might be panic, phobias, insomnia, 'going blank' through stress, fear of public speaking and of course, Appearances. I'm here to help you change how you feel about yourself and the challenges you are facing in the shortest possible time.

Let's have a chat about how I might help you... call me today on 020 8947 3338 to find out more
